By training, I am a PhD astrophysicist with an MA in the History of Science. As astroaweseeker, I am a speaker, writer, and content creator in the process of shifting my career toward public outreach, though I remain active in research on galaxies and black holes. My speaking highlights astronomical awe --- humanistic as well as scientific --- and invites audiences to renew their love of the sky and our living planet. My writing touches on similar themes as well as more personal ones, often related to empathy and/or healing for both the human and nonhuman world.

This website is a placeholder and will redirect to astroaweseeker (.com/.net/.org) when that website is ready. If you would like to hear from me when the new site launches, please email astroaweseeker@gmail.com and/or follow @astroaweseeker on Instagram. The new site will launch with content in other platforms (such as YouTube), but for now I've linked some sample talk recordings/slides below, and I've posted some sample poetry/flash on Instagram.
