Analysis of startup, shutdown and middle sequences, Campaign 23 Abstract: Results for Campaign 23 are much like previous campaigns, with the SRSRN results passing in all cases, and for the SURN results, SL exceeding the noise limit in 3 of 10 tests, SH exceeding the limit once, and LH exceeding the nominal 17.6 DN limit in all cases, with noise values ranging from 18.4 to 21.9 DN. SH showed a larger than usual range in the read-noise stability tests. Pixels showing photoresponse instability include, for LL: (52,4), (76,13), (118,73), (82,15), (4,108) and (118,73), and for LH: (120,41), (15,74), (84,114), and (67,66). For SUR data, the quoted values are the standard deviation of the read noise map. For SRS data, these are the median of the standard deviation map. Comments: The SRS tests are all within the limit. The SURN results are much like previous campaigns. SL generally behaves well, exceeding the limit three out of ten times. SH remains within the limit in all cases, and LL only exceeds the limit once, and barely, in the pre-anneal test in the first middel sequence. LH continues to exceed the limit every time, with noise values between 18.4 and 21.9 DN. The SUR data are generally within the yellow limit, but SH shows 18% and 14% variations, and LL shows 12% variations in one case. The LL orders are clearly apparent in all of the comparison images. The LH orders are marginally apparent in the 003/001 and 003/002b comparisons. Pixels exceeding the red limit are, for LL: (52,4), (76,13) for all compaisons, (118,73) in the 003/001 and 003/002b comparisons, and (82,15), (4,108) and (118,73) in the 002b/001, 003/002b and 003/001 ratios, respectively. For LH, (120,41), (15,74) and (84,114) fail in all comparisons, and (67,66) in the 002b/001 comparison.
