Analysis of startup, shutdown and middle sequences, Campaign 15 Abstract: All SRSRN results are within limits. As in previous campaigns, SH and LL are within the SURN limits, but SL and LH are not. SL is improving with only two SURN measurements out of six over the limit, but LH is worse than in Campaign 14, failing all six times. The worst LH performance was 19.4 DN, right before the shut-down anneal. The SRSRN results remain very stable, as in previous campaigns, and the SURN results are more stable than previously, with all modules within the 20% yellow limit. The LL orders are visible as usual in the photoresponse variation images. One LL pixel continues to exceed the red limit: 16,12. On LH pixel also continues to fail: 15,74. For SUR data, the quoted values are the standard deviation of the read noise map. For SRS data, these are the median of the standard deviation map. Comments: All SRSRN data are within limits. Both SH and LL SURN are within limits, as in the previous campaigns. The SL SURN results are better than in previous campaigns, with only two counts slightly over the limit: pre-anneal at startup (9.0 DN) and pre-anneal in the middle sequence (8.9 DN). LH is problematic again after showing a slight improvement in the previous campaign. Now it reaches or exceeds the 17.6 DN limit in every case, with a maximum of 19.4 DN just before the shutdown anneal. The SURN results are much improved compared to previous campaigns, with no cases reaching the yellow limit. The worst variation is in SH, 14% between the startup and middle seqeunces. The other variations are within 10%. In the SL photoresponse images, the Peak-Up array is visible in the images comparing the startup to the middle of the campaign, with 27 pxiels over the yellow limit. LL, as usual, has the orders clearly visible in the startup-middle comparison, with many over the yellow limit. One LL pixel, 16,12, is over the limit consistently. It also failed in Campaigns 13 and 14. LH behaves well, with only a couple of pixels over the yellow limit and one pixel over the red limit: 15,74. This pixel has failed in most campaigns, except for Campaign 14.
