A brief report on the startup anneal sequence for IRS Campaign 25 10 Oct 05 Abstract: The major anticipated result is that LH, in its reduced bias setting, is showing much less noise than before, moving to SURN values between 11 and 12 DN, compared to previous results between 18 and 21 DN with the higher bias settings. The other modules appear to be behaving as they did previously. Analysts: Lei Hao & Greg Sloan Procedure version: 2.7 Campaign 25, Startup, shutdown and middle anneal YEAR 2005 DOY 282 CE1 used for all data collection AORKEY = 16069888 for startup Number of files = 64 for each No known errors. Steps 2 through 5 run OK. Typical SURN values for the last several campaigns ranged between 18 and 21 DN, and now the LH SURN results are down to 11-12 DN. That is excellent news. As for the other results, SRSRN results are as before, with all tests passing, and the SURN results are as usually seen as well, with SL exceeding its 8.8 DN limit in one of two tests and SH and LL behaving within limits.
