Real-world Problem for Chapter 7 - Proper Speed Limit (RWP7)

Write a complete solution to the following problem using the GOAL problem-solving protocol.  Carefully consider any assumptions you make in solving the problem, along with an explanation of how the answer would vary under different conditions.  Clearly specify any estimations you make, and be sure your answer will agree with anyone else who correctly analyzes the same problem.

A friend of yours was in a car accident when her car skidded off the road as she rounded a curve.  Luckily she survived serious injury, but she is concerned that the posted speed limit of 35 mph on this section of road is unsafe.  Your friend knows that you are taking a physics course and decides to get your expert advice.  The two of you take some measurements and determine the radius of curvature of the road to be about 200 feet, and the road appears to be relatively flat along the curve (it is not a banked curve).  What is your assessment of the situation?
